Error description

• A failure to successfully log an audit event should result in
  emitting email notifications as per the settings in the Audit
  Monitor notifications. These emails are not being sent.

  Security Auditing process failures occur, but configured email
  notifications of this event are not successfully sent.
  A secondary issue fixed is an unsupported " Event Outcome
  type " of Challenge is displayed on the Admin console panel ;
  Security auditing > Event type filters >
  myFilterSpecificationName. If the User attempts to select it a
  message, " SECJ7368E: Non valid or no reference specified for
  the audit outcome ", will be displayed on the panel.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to successfully send email notifications
  on Security Audit process failures. Also, Event Outcome type
  of Challenge has been removed as an option.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
