• Version of WebSphere Application Server in target resource
  properties might not be compared correctly because job manager
  uses string comparsion to compare target resource property
  values.

  A string comparision is used in an unmanaged target query in
  Centralized Installation Manager (CIM).  Usually the version
  number has dots in it, such as 8.0.0.2 an 8.0.0.11.  The
  string comparison would consider that 8.0.0.2 is higher than
  8.0.0.11, which is incorect.
  

Problem conclusion

• Correct number comparision is implemnted in the fix, thus when
  comparing versions with dots, it will return the correct result.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
