Error description

There is a defect in the compiler code when we create a
repository from the runtime code.  We do not pass in a cluster
therefore we do not have access to cluster scoped shared
libraries.

If a shared library is defined with cluster scope and
associated with an application, the JspBatchCompiler will not
have access to the shared library.  This can cause JavaServer
Pages (JSP) compilation failures if the JSP files depend on
resources in the shared library.

Problem conclusion

The JSP Container was modified so that the JspBatchCompiler
will have access to cluster scope shared libraries.  A new
JspBatchCompiler argument called "-cluster.name" was added to
allow users to specify the cluster name.  The argument is only
valid when used in conjunction with the "-enterpriseapp.name"
argument.
An example command line is this:
JspBatchCompiler.bat -enterpriseapp.name MyApp -cluster.name
MyCluster -server.name MyServer

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.21 and 8.0.0.2  Please refer to the Recommended
