Closed as program error.
Error description
In the administrative console, input fields for file names, email addresses, URLs, and XPaths have a problem with cursor movement when the data includes BiDi characters. Depending on the browser, either the cursor will appear to get stuck or skip around when the arrow keys are pressed once to advance the cursor one character at a time. Holding down the arrow key or going the other direction in the field will work around the issue.
