The exception occured because, VMM did not honour the
changeSummary and
update continued with the whole entry again.
Hence the update to OperationAttributes like
principalName,create/modifyTimeStamp is abondend with the
exception, and
update fails.

Local fix

Problem summary

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

VMM does not honour changeSummary and tries to update the sent
dataGraph. Because that dataGraph contains OperationAttributes
it throws
com.ibm.websphere.wim.exception.UpdateOperationalPropertyExcepti
on: CWWIM1020E  Cannot create or update the 'createTimestamp'
operational property.
VMM should handle the changeSummary Object and process that to
update ONLY the latest updated attributes in the underlying
repository.

Problem conclusion

The changeSummary object will be handled and only the listed
attributes would be updated in the back-end repository.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.43 , 7.0.0.23 , 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
