Error description

When migrating from 6.1 to 7.0 the migration job fails with:

Local fix

If you remove the SIB configuration setup before you migrate you
will avoid the problem and everything else should migrate....
except of course your SIB configuration.

If the Service Integration Bus contains members that are not
WebSphere Application Server members, then the references can
fail to resolve.

Problem conclusion

Add a check to verify that the member being copied is indeed a
WebSphere Application Server member.

APAR PM48044 is currently targeted for inclusion in
Fix Packs 7.0.0.23 and 8.0.0.3 of WebSphere Application
Server.

Temporary fix

Temporarily remove the non-WebSphere Application Server items
from the Service Integration Bus before migration, and re-add
the entries after migration.
