Error description
On a Linux system running in the TURKISH (tr_UTF-8) locale, when customer tries to run the WAS uninstall wizard, it displays the message "Running processes have been detected that may interfere with the current operation. Stop all WebSphere and related processes before continue." and will not let us continue. However, there are no running processes. If the locale is changed to English, the uninstall will proceed.

Problem conclusion
The detect running process logic is corrected so that it won't return there is running process incorrectly. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.0.0.2.
