Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A NullPointerException is thrown when   *
  *                      the WMQ Java Client attempts to         *
  *                      generate an ffst in WebSphere           *

  When the WMQ Java client attempts to generate an ffst when
  running inside of WebSphere Application Server (WSAS) it will
  make a call to generate a WSAS FFDC file. This process was
  failing due to a NullPointerException as the WSAS code assumed
  certain data would always be passed during the generation of
  the ffdc.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR solves the problem and allows the FFDC file to be
  generated correctly.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.23.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
