Edge Side Include (ESI) CacheID needs to be configurable to
have hostname as part of the key.

If your webserver / plugin can host mulitple websites to
WebSphere Application Server, it is possible that the ESI
Cached content for one could be served to the other.  For
example, an application server has both App1 and App2 and both
contain an index.html page. Under the current configuration,
when the request comes to the plugin, the calculated cache id
would result in the same value which would result in serving
the same page for both sites.

Problem conclusion

The plugin has been updated to look for a new property in the
Plugin-cfg.xml file called ESICacheidFull.  If set to true,
the plugin will add the hostname of the request into the
cacheid.  If the property is not set, it is assumed to be false.

This property can be set as a custom property within WebSphere
Application Server console at
webservers>[web server name]>plugin properties>custom
properties.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.3, 7.0.0.23, and 6.1.0.43.  Please refer to the
