   com.ibm.ws.runtime.component.binder.ResourceBindingException:
    invalid configuration passed to resource binding logic.
    REASON: Invalid Configuration! The DataSource: Data source 1
    has a  null RelationalResourceAdapter property.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The relational resource adapter is      *
*                      missing when PFBC is used to add        *
*                      application scoped resources to an EAR  *
*                      where no resource already exists at     *
*                      that scope.                             *

The relational resource adapter is missing from application
scoped resources.xml, after PFBC creates a resource at
that scope. When starting the application an exception may be
seen to the effect that a resource has a null
RelationalResourceAdapter property.

Problem conclusion

The code was changed to add a an initial relational resource
adapter to application scoped resources.xml

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.23 and 8.0.0.4  Please refer to the Recommended
