Error description

The following Security custom property 'com.ibm.ws.security
.addHttpOnlyAttributeToCookies' set at the security domain level
is not being picked-up at the runtime. The global setting is
always being used.

The customer would like to set security property
'com.ibm.ws.security.addHttpOnlyAttributeToCookies=false' in
the Multi Security Domain (MSD), while the global setting
for this property remains true. The MSD does not use false, it
is picking up the global setting.

Problem conclusion

Code was changed to pickup the com.ibm.ws.security
.addHttpOnlyAttributeToCookies property in the MSD.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.23 and 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended
