Problem summary

  The proxy recurse flag is not taken from the branch, therefor
  the SIP container does not understand that the specific branch
  is not a recurse branch.
  

Problem conclusion

• The SIP container is now reading the recurse flag directly from
  the branch.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
