• Schema validation is passing for invalid schemas when doing an
  application update.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The application update would appear     *

  *                      the schema did not validate correctly.  *

  The console code caught an exception and did not pass it on.
  Since it was just logged, the code that would have failed the
  update did not know about the exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• The exception is now passed on rather than just logged so that
  the error can be reported.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
