Error description

When a user comes through an external security manager such as
SiteMinder, but that user does not exist in LDAP, they are sent
to the error page instead of the login page.

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Cannot configure the page to display    *
*                      when a user provided by a TAI           *
*                      is not found in the user registry.      *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

When the user provided by a TAI is not found in the user
registry, WebSphere Application Server default behavior is to
display the error page.  For flexibility, there should be a
way to configure this behavior so that the login page can be
displayed.

Problem conclusion

A security custom property has been added to allow this
flexibility:
com.ibm.websphere.security.goToLoginPageWhenTAIUserNotFound
The default value of this property is false and results in the
error page being displayed.  If this property is set to true,
then the login page will be displayed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.23 and 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
