WebSphere Application Server OEM for z/OS V7.0, iscdeploy.sh
should not be run during postinstall processing.

Problem conclusion

Support is provided such that for WebSphere Application Server
OEM for z/OS V7.0 iscdeplay.sh is not executed during
postinstall processing.

APAR PM49961 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.21 of WebSphere Application Server
V7.0.
