Error description

• When user tries to add Context Property/Custom Property not
  getting added in SIB via admin console.

Problem conclusion

• The WCCM fix has ensured that user is able to add the custom
  property through admin console.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
