Error description
After a fixpack is installed, the server startup takes more time because of symlinking and other config actions that the postinstaller must run. Console messages do not display when the postinstaller starts and stops, so the user may not understand why server startup takes longer the first time after a fixpack is installed.

Problem conclusion
Code was added to display messages on the master console when the postinstaller starts and stops. The new messages are: BBOO0400I: WEBSPHERE FOR Z/OS MULTI-PRODUCT PTF POST INSTALLER STARTING. BBOO0401I: WEBSPHERE FOR Z/OS MULTI-PRODUCT PTF POST INSTALLER ENDED NORMALLY. BBOO0402E: MULTI-PRODUCT PTF POST INSTALLER HAS DETECTED AN ERROR DURING THE APPLICATION OF POST-INSTALL SERVICE FOR PRODUCT {productName}.
