* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CIM installation incorrectly detects    *
*                      errors in startNode command in          *

On Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 when a node is registered as
a Windows service, an error message will incorrectly be
detected after using CIM to install or uninstall WebSphere
Application Server V7.0 maintenance to the node &#163;&#226;&#130;&#172;&#226;&#154;

Problem conclusion

To prevent the incorrect error message,the way for CIM to
check the status has been corrected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.23.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
