The dynacache service provides the ability to limit the size
of the cache in terms of JVM heap.  A deadlock may occur in
some circumstances because of excessive synchronization.

Problem conclusion

Dynacache has been modified to prevent the deadlock.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.23 abd 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
