  A java.util.ConcurrentModificationException can be thrown from
  JCDIComponentImpl#storeCreationalContext during injection into
  another component.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CDI container code has been fixed to use an internal map in
  a thread-safe way.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
