Error description

There is a problem between the thread that is starting the
application and a different thread that is attempting to route
an ORB request to that application. The problem is specifically
related to the fact that the EJBs have been configured to
initialize at application start, rather than being deferred
until first use.

This problem can be avoided by changing the configuration to
defer the EJB initialization until first use, the default
behavior.

There is a problem between the thread that is starting the
application and a different thread that is attempting to route
an ORB request to that application. The problem is specifically
related to the fact that the EJBs have been configured to
initialize at application start, rather than being deferred
until first use.

Problem conclusion

A change has been made in WebSphere Application Server to
properly synchronize initialization of EJBs with income remote
EJB requests.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.43, 7.0.0.23, and 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
