Error description

• After registering a new target to the Centralized Installation
  Manager (CIM) for V6.1 and V7 targets, the following error
  would be logged in the SystemOut.log.

Problem summary

  This problem affects V6.1 and V7 targets only.  Operation of
  CIM functions from the admin console was unaffected.
  

Problem conclusion

• There was an error in the class loading configuration file and
  it has been fixed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
