Problem conclusion

• Changed code to properly escape single quotes in the command
  string in Job Manager's run command job, which fixes the
  problem.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
