• Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) container does not invalidate
  the SipApplicationSession when the SipSession for a dialog
  created by a SUBSCRIBE has been invalidated by the application.

  When the SIP Session invalidation is delayed because of open
  transactions the SipApplicationSession invalidate when ready
  mechanism is not working.
  

Problem conclusion

• The SipApplicationSession invalidate when ready mechanism is now
  working even if the SipSession invalidation is delayed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
