  The infinite loop is caused by a corruption in the system that
  creates an environment where previously made assumptions about
  the object tree aren't held true and therefore never satisfy
  the loop exit criteria.
  

Problem conclusion

• The entry and exit criteria around the particular loop has now
  been enhanced to handle object trees of any state and avoid
  timeouts.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
