An expression in a JSP file will not compile if the contents
of the expression are accessing an array element and there is
a plus sign ("+") within the square brackets of the array.
For example, the following expression in a JSP file fails to
compile:
<%= testArray[i+3] + "testing" %>

Problem conclusion

The JSP Container was modified to properly handle a plus sign
within square brackets.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.23 and 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended
