Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Application * * Server V8.0 * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Transaction User (TU) does not get * * cleaned up from memory when session * * terminates, and invalidateWhenReady is * * enabled. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** On a proxy application scenario, when a dialog terminating subsequent request comes from the side of the initial request recipient, the TU might not get searched with the correct dialog key, and might not be found, and so will not get cleaned up when session terminates.
Problem conclusion
TU key lookup in that proxy scenario was fixed. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.0.0.3. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for delivery information: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&uid=swg27004980
