• Some ssh server may support sftp only.  File transfer by
  Centralized Installation may fail.

  When running any job in Job Manager profile, if the job
  involves transferring a large number of files to a Tectia SSH
  server, the job may fail.  The solution is to use sftp instead
  of scp.
  

Problem conclusion

• Centrialized Install Manager in Job Manager uses scp as the
  default methond to transfer files from Job Manager to
  the targets.  Set Java system property
  "com.ibm.ws.admin.cim.rxa.force.sftp" to true in Job Manager
  profile to enable sftp transfer method.  Please be advised
  that sudo function in jobs will not work if sftp is
  enabled.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
