Error description

• When using managesdk to update a federated profile's SDK setting
  the master configuration repository is updated and saved via the
  deployment manager, but the profile's local configuration is not
  updated until  the next synchronization operation is completed.

  *                  profile, perform a synchronization          *
  *                  operation.                                  *

  The managesdk command is used to update SDK settings at the
  product and profile levels.  If the SDK settings for a
  federated profile's are changed, the master configuration
  repository is updated and saved via the deployment manager,
  but the profile's local configuration is not updated until the
  next synchronization operation is completed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The managesdk command is updated to issue two new
  informational messages to inform you that this synchronization
  step is required.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
