Error description

• The  issue is that when any of the bindFunction methods are
  called on an  instance of com.ibm.xml.xci.exec.DynamicContext
  and a function of the same specified QName and arity has
  already been registered, a warning is printed directly to
  System.out.

  An untranslated warning message may be printed directly to
  System.out when other IBM products bind duplicate functions to
  the dynamic context. The warning message looks like:
  Warning, a function with the same QName and arity
  {namespace}local-name:arity has been registered. It will be
  overwritten by this new one.
  

Problem conclusion

• The warning message has been externalized and is now forwarded
  to an error handler if present and logged properly.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
