• AdminApplication.startApplicationOnAllDeployedTargets command
  works on earlier release and fails on version 7.0.0.19.
  The following exception is observed while running the command
  against version 7.0.0.19.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: startApplicationOnAllDeployedTargets    *
  *                      throws an exception if an application   *
  *                      is mapped to a Web Server.              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:  If the exception is only in regards to a    *
  *                  Web Server, it can safely be ignored.       *
  ****************************************************************
  Applications cannot be started on Web Servers. Therefore, the
  code should not attempt to start an application on a Web
  Server.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code will now check if each server is a Web Server before
  attempting to start the application on said server.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 7.0.0.25 and 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the
