Error description

During a failover, in a large topology, an OutOfMemory may be
seen because data replication service (DRS) is generating 1000s
of workload management (WLM) cluster updates that do not need
to be maintained for the Dynamic cache DRS instances.

*                      failover in a large topology with many  *
*                      replicated cache instances.             *

During a failover DRS is generating 1000s of workload
management (WLM )cluster updates.  These updates do not need
to be performed for the dynacache DRS instances.  WebSphere
Portal Server creates 40+ cache instances and in a large
topology results in 1000s of uneccesary WLM cluster updates.

Problem conclusion

DRS will provide an option to the DRS consumers to not perform
WLM cluster updates during a failover.  Dynacache will utilize
this option.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.45, 7.0.0.23, 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the
