Error description

• When migrating a managed application server without
  administrative security, the Configuration Migration
  Management Tool does not use the correct parameters

  The Configuration Migration Management Tool will correctly
  prompt for Administrative Agent information when migrating an
  Application Server managed by one. During the migration
  itself, WASPostUpgrade will fail due to the Administrative
  Agent parameters not being used.
  

Problem conclusion

• A minor error in the wizard's page ordering sometimes caused
  the Configuration Migration Management Tool to incorrectly mark
  an Application Server as not being managed by an
  Administrative Agent.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
