• Memory leak in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) code.
  Heapdump shows leak suspect
  com.ibm.ws.sip.container.failover.repository.drs.DRS_TimerMgr

  When the timer is canceled and the application session is not
  valid, we need to remove the timer from the session repository
  map directly. Otherwise it is still unremoved and that causes a
  memory leak.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been fixed to remove the timer object
  from the session repository map when the application session
  on which the timer was invoked is not valid.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
