APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Internet Information Services (IIS) config script that is used
  to configure the web server plug-in by IBM WebSphere
  Customization Tools does not properly set "Enable 32-bit
  Applications".
  
  It causes 64-bit IIS with web server plug-in fails to start.
  

Local fix

• Set the Enable 32-bit Applications property to False

Problem conclusion

• The plugin configuration script has been corrected to
  correctly set the enable32BitAppOnWin64 value.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
