Error description

Unable to update .war file using Job Manager.

When specifying a .war file on the UpdateApplication job, the
job will fail on the Deployment Manager.

When specifying a .war file on the UpdateApplication job
through Job Manager, the job will fail on the Deployment
Manager due to no context root specified.

Problem conclusion

The JobManager UpdateApplication job does not allow you to
specify the context root, so the application update failed
when submitting an UpdateApplication job to update a .war file
through JobManager because no context root is specified. The
UpdateApplication job invokes the properties file based
configuration (PFBC) command to update applications. If you
do not specify the context root, the PFBC code will retrieve
the context root from the application if there is a context
root defined in the application. Otherwise, it will assign the
default context root "/" to the application.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.4, and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the
