  While trying to edit an Export Binding in an SCA composition
  unit, the console tried to obtain the contextId from a form
  when it hadn't been set.
  

Problem conclusion

• The console does not try to obtain the contextId if it the
  detailForm is not in the session.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
