Error description

• For proxy applications, when the SipServlet.doBranchResponse()
  method is not overridden by the application, doResponse()
  should be invoked only once per best final response, as per
  JSR 289.

  When doBranchResponse is not overridden by the application ,
  JSR 289 says that doResponse needs to be called only once per
  best final response. The error was that it was also called for
  intermittent final responses.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been fixed to comply with the standard.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
