  java.util.NoSuchElementException when passed an empty set
  parameter which breaks compatibilty with Seam 3 CDI extensions
  which often make manager.resolve(manager.getBeans(type)) calls.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been corrected to handle this issue.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
