Error description
Problem: Validation error occurred in task Mapping EJB references to enterprise beans. Error message is : [2/28/12 16:35:39:251 EST] 0000001c SystemErr R com.ibm.websphere.management.application.client.AppDeploymentExc eption: ADMA0014E: Validation failed. ADMA0007E: A Validation error occurred in task Mapping EJB references to enterprise beans. The Java Naming and Directory Interface (JNDI) name is not specified for reference binding test.ejb.sf.EJBSFBean/EJB in module test-sf.jar with EJB name EJBSFBean.
Local fix
Check "Allow EJB reference targets to resolve automatically" check box in the console during deploy time.

Problem conclusion
The fix addressed the issue and it will not mark the JNDI name as mandatory for EJB reference bindings in an EJB 3.0 module. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.25.
