  Due to the way in which the OSGi service registry is populated
  with information which ties it to JNDI resources, any JCA 1.5
  resource adapter resources specified as a J2CAdminObject would
  fail to resolve if an attempt was made to reference it via a
  resource reference in an application's blueprint.xml.
  This includes all destinations defined on the default message
  provider for WebSphere application server.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been altered to ensure that a JCA 1.5 resource
  adapter object defined as a J2CAdminObject will be correctly
  bound into the OSGi service registry so that it can be
  resolved when referred to via resource reference.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
