    OSGi service registration performance is not optimal due to
    inefficient cloning of immutable primitive object types.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Apply APAR PM60147 to optimize OSGi service regitration
    performance by effectively cloning immutable primitive object
    types.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
