PM61907: NULLPOINTEREXCEPTION FROM VALIDATION WHEN NO NODE AGENTS ARE DEFINED

Error description

Validation of server configuration documents, for example, using

"$AdminConfig validate", can issue validation error "CHKW3706E"
with a reference to a NullPointerException, when validating the
documents for a node that has no node agent.

For example:

cd WAS_HOME/PROFILE_NAME/bin
wsAdmin.sh -conntype NONE
$AdminConfig validate

The reference to a NullPointerException means that only
partial validation has been performed.  There is, however, no
impact to other administrative function, or to runtime
function.

Problem conclusion

A code update was made to correctly handle the case of no node
agent being defined.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5, and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the
