Error description

• Data corruption may occur when a copied object tree containing
  stored native data is involved in a mutative query operation.

  In certain scenarios the copy optimizations allowed the
  original object tree to become corrupted by a mutation that
  was supposed to affect only the copied object tree.
  

Problem conclusion

• The copy optimizations were corrected to prevent corruption of
  the original object data.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.4 and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
