Error description

The current local file search on the proxy is searching for
multiple file extenstions for the file requested.  However, this
file search does not always return the best match.

Local fix

In 7.0.0.21 or later set custom property
http.enableLocalServiceMultiProcessing=true

The Proxy Server has local file support that can return a
local file different than the requested URI if there are
files that have additional suffixes that match the request's
Accept or Accept-Language reequest headers.  The logic is
incorrect in that it could return a local file that does not
have the matching base file name.  For example, a request for
myfile.html could correclty return the file myfile.fr.html.
It could incorrectly return the value myfileB.html.

Problem conclusion

The local file support has been corrected to only return files
that have a matching base name.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5, and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to
