JAX-RPC clients are not honoring the HTTP Connection header.
When this value is Close, the client may still attempt to
re-use the connection resulting in an IOException.

Problem conclusion

The JAX-RPC client will now honor the HTTP Connection header
with a value of Close and not attempt to re-use the connection.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.45, 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.1.  Please
