Problem summary

  *                  Server using JAX-WS webservices.            *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Dynamic Ports are not visible across    *
  *                      shared JAX-WS services.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:  Apply fix pack that contains the fix and    *
  *                  set the following JVM property -            *
  *                  jaxws.share.dynamic.ports.enable=true       *
  ****************************************************************
  Dynamic ports, which are those created by
  Service.addPort(...), should only be visible to the instance
  of the service that did the addPort.  However, for
  backwards compatibility, the following JVM property can be
  set (jaxws.share.dynamic.ports.enable=true) to enable the
  sharing of dynamic ports across all
  services on an AxisConfiguration.
  The default setting of this property is null, which is
  interpreted as "false", which will scope the visibility of
  dynamic ports to the instance of the service that did the
  addPort().
  This property already exists in versions 8 and higher.
  

Problem conclusion

• JVM property has been added to modify the current behavior so
  that dynamic ports are shared across sevices.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.25.  Please refer to the Recommended
