• WASPreUpgrade on adminagent fails due to missing xmi: tag in

  WASPreUpgrade fails when trying to migrate an admin agent
  (that had previously been migrated to V8.0 from V7.0) to
  V8.5.
  

Problem conclusion

• The cause of the missing xmi: tag in resources.xml of admin
  agent was found and it was fixed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.4 and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
