Error description

• Implicit and explicit default namespace conflicts need to be
  resolved to allow for optimizations that re-use original bytes.

Problem conclusion

• The default namespace conflicts are now resolved prior to
  serialization, thus allowing for the optimizations to remain
  in place.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.4 and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
