  When stopping a Business Process Management server configured
  with Mashups the server incurs an IllegalStateException, as
  shown below.  The exception causes any OSGi framework to
  not move the Mashups bundles to the RESOVLED state within the
  OSGi cache.  Upon restarting the Business Process Management
  server, the corrupted cache causes Business Space features to
  fail.

Problem conclusion

• Apply APAR PM64068 to prevent the OSGi framework from
  corrupting the OSGi cache while stopping the Business Process
  Management server.
